EDHAA in Partnership with the El Dorado Hills Library and Friends of The Library Foundation Proudly Present
1ST Annual Fine Art Festival, October 14, 2023, 10am-5pm
The 1st Annual EDHAA Fine Art Festival is presented in cooperation with the EDH Library and Friends of the Library Foundation. It’s a new event, in a new environment for artists From El Dorado Hills, Folsom and Placerville to display and sell their artwork, and demonstrate the importance of fine art in our community, and the important connection art has with the library.
Date: Saturday October 14, 2023, 10am-5pm
Where: Staged in the EDH Library parking lot and in the Community Room of the Library. There will be 25-35 10x10 spaces in the parking lot for artists to set-up and display their art. There will also be space available for 8 artists to set up in the community room of Library.
Fee: The artist participation fee is $75. That money will be used for promotion and staging the event.
Eligibility: Current members of EDHAA are eligible to participate. NOW OPEN TO MEMBERS OF FOLSOM ARTS ASSOCIATION AND PLACERVILLE ARTS ASSOCIATION!
Set Up/Teardown: Set up will begin at 6:00am on October 14, 2023. Teardown will begin immediately after the end of the event at 5pm.
PROMOTIONAL IMAGES: Images of artists' work will be chosen for promotion items.
On or before August 18, 2023: Email 1-2 images of a work of art to Alison Yeadon at [email protected]
