The 2nd Annual EDHAA Fine Art Festival is presented in cooperation with the EDH Library and Friends of the Library Foundation. It’s a great event for artists from El Dorado Hills Arts Association, Folsom Arts Association, and Placerville Arts Association to display and sell their artwork, and demonstrate the importance of fine art in our community.
Date: Saturday October 19, 2024, 10am-5pm
Where: Staged in the EDH Library parking lot and in the Community Room of the Library at 7455 Silva Valley Parkway, El Dorado Hills. There will be 35-40 10x10 spaces in the parking lot for artists to set-up and display their art. There will also be 8x10 space available for 8-10 artists to set up in the Community Rroom of the Library.
Fee: The artist participation fee is $75 for EDHAA members and $90 for FAA & PAA members. All non-EDHAA members are encouraged to join EDHAA!
Eligibility: Current members of EDHAA are eligible to participate, as well as current members of Folsom Arts Association, and Placerville Arts Association. Be sure to make your membership current by July 31, 2023.
Set Up/Teardown: Set up will begin at 6:00am on October 19, 2024. Teardown will begin after the end of the event at 5pm.
Application Availability: Applications will be accepted beginning June 1,2024. The number of artists accepted for the event will be capped at 45, 35 in the parking lot and 10 in the Community room. If the number of applications received exceeds the 45 artist limit, acceptance will be based on the date the applications are received, with the earliest application receiving preference.

August 2, 2024: Due date for completed applications. The applications can be downloaded below. Once completed mail to:

PROMOTIONAL IMAGES: Images of artists' work will be chosen for promotion items.
On or before August 9, 2024: Email 1-2 images of a work of art to Alison Yeadon at [email protected]

Friends of the Library Membership - All Festival participants are encouraged to become a member of Friends of the Library ($10). Your support helps fund library programs, educational classes, and library resources. It's easy to do.

- Completed Fine Art Festival application form with seller’s permit number included (download below).
- Signed Fine Art Festival Participant Waiver (download below).
- Participation fee of $75 or $90 payable by check to EDHAA, or pay electronically below.
- If you are a new or renewing EDHAA member, include a membership application and separate check for $35 payable to EDHAA.
