The 4th Annual EDHAA Fine Art Festival is presented in cooperation with the EDH Library and Friends of the Library Foundation. It’s a great event for artists from El Dorado Hills Arts Association, Folsom Arts Association, and Placerville Arts Association to display and sell their artwork, and demonstrate the importance of fine art in our community.
Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026, 10am-5pm
Where: The EDH Library parking lot and in the Community Room of the Library at 7455 Silva Valley Parkway, El Dorado Hills. There will be 40-45 10x10 spaces in the parking lot for artists to set-up and display their art. There will also be up to 11 8x8 spaces available for artists to exhibit in the Community Room of the Library.
Fee: The artist participation fee is $75 for EDHAA members and $90 for FAA & PAA members. All non-EDHAA members are encouraged to join EDHAA!
Deadline for Applications: Friday, August 15, 2026.
Eligibility: Current members of EDHAA are eligible to participate, as well as current members of Folsom Arts Association, and Placerville Arts Association. Be sure to make your membership current by Friday, August 14, 2026.
Set Up/Teardown: Set up will begin at 6:00am on October 10, 2026. Teardown will begin after the end of the event at 5pm.
Application Availability: Applications will be accepted beginning June 22, 2026. The number of artists accepted for the event will be capped at 55, 44 in the parking lot and 11 in the Community room. If the number of applications received exceeds the 55 artist limit, acceptance will be based on the date the applications are received, with the earliest application receiving preference.

Friends of the Library Membership - All Festival participants are encouraged to become a member of Friends of the Library ($10). Your support helps fund library programs, educational classes, and library resources. It's easy to do.

- Upload of 2 high resolution images to be used in promotional materials for the Festival.
- Seller’s permit number .
- Signed Fine Art Festival Participant Waiver (part of the form).
- Participation fee of $75 (EDHAA members) or $90 (FAA & PAA members) payable electronically with credit card.
- All applicants must be current members of EDHAA, FAA or PAA.
