Exhibitions of Fine Art
Atrium Gallery
El Dorado Hills Town Center
General Information & Guidelines
El Dorado Hills Arts Association and Atrium Gallery El Dorado Hills Town Center have partnered to provide a year-round opportunity to showcase members' artwork. EDHAA will produce six 2-month shows in the gallery each year. The 2025-2026 schedule of shows will alternate between Themed Shows and Open Shows, and includes larger membership exhibitions and semi-solo exhibitions. All current EDHAA members are encouraged to apply to any or all shows. Each exhibit will have specific dates which roll out about 2 months prior to the start of each exhibit. A panel of impartial judges will select the artwork in a blind evaluation process based on merit, application of the theme, and other attributes that would complement the show. Original artwork and giclee prints will be accepted. Once artwork has been approved for the show, applicants will be notified if their work is accepted, together with instructions for delivery and installation of their artwork. All artists must present work in simple black frames, or gallery wrapped. Look at the entire 2026 year of opportunities and plan to show your artwork in the exhibit that's right for you!
Sales Process: All sales of artwork will be handled directly by the Artist through the Artist's website, QR code, Venmo, or other means of direct client interaction. The Gallery will not handle payment transactions or manage the sales of artwork. All artwork must remain on display in the gallery through the end of the show.
Gallery Commission: The Artist agrees to contribute 20% commission on the sale price of any artwork sold during the exhibition. A 10% commission will be paid directly to the Gallery to support its nonprofit partners and future events, and a 10% commission will be paid directly to EDHAA to support gallery event costs.
Size Limits And Artwork Specs: No Larger than 36"x36" and No Smaller than 16"x 20." Weight on hanging must not exceed 14lbs. All artists must present work in simple black frames, or gallery wrapped.
