1ST Annual Fine Art Festival, October 14, 2023, 10am-5pm

The 1st Annual EDHAA Fine Art Festival is presented in cooperation with the EDH Library and Friends of the Library Foundation. It’s a new event, in a new environment for EDHAA artists to display and sell their artwork, and demonstrate the importance of fine art in our community, and the important connection art has with the library.
Date: Saturday October 14, 2023, 10am-5pm
Where: Staged in the EDH Library parking lot and in the Community Room of the Library. There will be 25-35 10x10 spaces in the parking lot for artists to set-up and display their art. There will also be space available for 8-10 artists to set up in the community room of Library.
Fee: The artist participation fee is $75. That money will be used for promotion and staging the event.
Eligibility: Current members of EDHAA are eligible to participate. Be sure to make your membership current by July 31, 2023.
Set Up/Teardown: Set up will begin at 6:00am on October 14, 2023. Teardown will begin immediately after the end of the event at 5pm.

August 15, 2023: Due date for completed applications. The applications can be downloaded below. Once completed mail to:

PROMOTIONAL IMAGES: Images of artists' work will be chosen for promotion items.
On or before August 15, 2023: Email 1-2 images of a work of art to Alison Yeadon at hello@aliyeadon.com

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to participate and show your work outdoors, but do not have a tent or other way to display your artwork, please fill out the Application Below, and check the box "I would like to participate but need help finding a 10x10 display." Also contact Don Lawson and let him know your status and the committee will work to help you find something.
There may be additional details about of various aspects of the event as we learn more. Any important information will be sent out to the membership as necessary.

- Completed Fine Art Festival application form with seller’s permit number included (download below).
- Participation fee of $75 payable by check to EDHAA, or pay electronically below.
- If you are a new or renewing member, include a membership application and separate check for $35 payable to EDHAA.
